The Apex Board is crafted in solid American white oak and features a taper to the underside of all the edges as well as a soft taper at the top of the board – this Apex profile is what gives the boards their name. With its simple shape and subtle handle, it’s also up to the job of holding cheeses, antipasto or sweet treats, as a versatile surface that will earn its spot in a busy kitchen.
